The Real War Against America

RWAA_bookby Brett Kingstone

On September 27, 2002 Super Vision International was awarded a $33.1 million jury verdict in a trade-secret case against a Shanghai and Hong Kong competitors led by a man named Samson Wu.  At that time it was the largest trade-secret theft verdict in Florida history.  With the addition of legal fees and other costs, the judgment now stands in excess of $40 million.

The case might have been just another intellectual property trial had the defendants, their lawyers and bankers not gone to such extremes in trying to cover up their misdeeds. Super Vision's employees and their families were physically threatened at their homes, evidence was shredded by the dumpster load, stolen equipment was shipped to China and fraudulent bankruptcy filings were submitted in an attempt to stay court-ordered searches of the defendants' U.S. facilities.  Throughout the entire discovery process and trial, the defendants refused to answer questions and asserted their Fifth Amendment privilege, citing the ongoing FBI investigation as justification.  Had it not been for the efforts of Super Vision's private investigators, who gained entry to the competitors' Hong Kong and Shanghai facilities with hidden video cameras posing as rich Arab Sheiks, Super Vision may never have obtained enough evidence to bring the case to trial.  Super Vision would have become yet another American Business destroyed by foreign predators.

The Real War Against America chronicles Super Vision's desperate struggle, including the dramatic efforts it took when no one - including local police, FBI and the U.S. Justice Department - were able to assist them.  America's industrial foundation is being stolen out from us while our government and judiciary sleeps. The real war against America, its culture, economy and its way of life are being waged on U.S. soil.  The staff of Super Vision chose to stand up to this threat. In doing so it put the company's survival on the line.

The Real War Against America is a drama, a riveting story, and an urgent call to arms to every citizen that the country's future is in jeopardy from economic terrorists who do not need bullets or bombs to destroy us.
